Privacy notice
We keep what you type into the form so we can answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to any mailing list.

This notice covers cheapweb.mx. We are a Mexican company, so it is published under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, the GDPR applies to you as well, and the section on your rights says what that adds.
Who is responsible
cheapweb.mx, operated by nexodigital.mx, at Valle de Guadalupe 1596, Jardines del Valle, Zapopan, Jalisco, C.P. 45138, Mexico. For anything to do with your data: [email protected].
What we collect
What you give us, through the form on the site, over WhatsApp or by email:
- Your trade and the name of your business.
- One contact detail: an email address or a phone number.
- Whatever you write to us about what you need.
We do not ask for your full name to send you a demo, and we do not ask for financial, official or sensitive data anywhere on the site. If a tax detail is ever needed to invoice you, we ask for it separately and tell you what it is for.
What your visit generates, automatically:
- An irreversible fingerprint of your IP address. We store the result of running a cryptographic function over it, never the address itself, and it exists only to stop a bot from sending a hundred forms.
- Your browser and operating system identifier, so we can reproduce a problem if you report one.
- Whatever the measurement tools collect, described in the cookie policy — and only if you allowed them.
Why we use it, and on what basis
Purposes we cannot serve you without:
- Answering you and generating the demo you asked for.
- Quoting, contracting, invoicing and delivering the service.
- Supporting you and telling you about renewals or changes that affect you.
Purposes you can refuse with no consequence:
- Writing to you later if you did not hire us, to ask whether you are still interested.
- Showing your finished site in our portfolio.
To refuse those two, email us at [email protected]. You do not have to explain why.
Under the GDPR, the legal basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before one for purposes 1 to 3; your consent for measurement, advertising and the chat, which is why none of it loads until you give it; and your consent for purposes 4 and 5, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting what was done before.
What we do not do: we do not sell or rent your data, we do not add you to any mailing list because you filled in a form, and we do not send you third-party advertising.

Only the providers needed to make the service work, and only what they need:

We make no other transfer without your consent, other than those the law requires.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, note that your data is stored in Mexico and that some of these providers process it in the United States. Neither Mexico nor the United States has a general adequacy decision from the European Commission. Where the transfer is not strictly necessary to perform the contract you asked us for, it rests on the consent you gave. If you would rather it did not leave the European Economic Area, we cannot deliver the service, and the honest answer is to tell you so rather than to bury it here.
How long we keep it
If you do not hire us, we delete your enquiry after twenty-four months. If you do, we keep what is necessary for as long as the relationship lasts, and for the period tax law obliges us to keep the records.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you (access), to correct it (rectification), to delete it (erasure), or to stop using it for something (objection). You can also withdraw your consent.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to restrict processing, and the right to portability — to receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable file, or to have us send it to someone else.
Write to [email protected] saying what you want, from the email address or number you gave us, so we know it is you. We answer within twenty working days at the latest and, where it applies, we carry it out within the following fifteen. We do not charge for this.
If we do not answer, or you do not like the answer, you can take it to Mexico’s INAI. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your own national data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change something, it is published here with the update date above. If the change affects how we use data you already gave us, we tell you through the same channel you used to contact us.
